Registration
        The registration includes admission to all the plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, lunch special expert presentation, poster sessions, exhibits, three lunches and group meal functions, free Internet service during the symposium days, as well as meeting materials.

To qualify for the member registration fees, the registrant must be a current member of ISSCR or CSCB. To become an ISSCR member, apply online. You must complete and submit a membership application before registering at the member rate.
3) Reduced fees for young investigators
We encourage young investigators, undergraduate and graduate students as well as postdoctoral fellows, to join us at the meeting and enjoy the reduced registration fee. However, young investigators must provide the Local Organizing Committee a proof of the young investigator status.

Online registration
The easiest way to register for the symposium is using the online registration system, which will open until October 31, 2007. However, we suggest you register before August 15 to enjoy the early bird discount for the registration. For international applicants, registration fees can be in US dollars, Euro and British Pound. However, we cannot accept credit card payment. Please use our symposium bank account information below to make your payment via bank transfer. You can follow the procedure below to do the online registration:
For the first time log-in:
Step one: select "registration" at the right-up corner of this page, to pub up the registration window.
Step two: complete the registration form.
Step three: prepare your abstract, following the "Abstract Guidelines" in word (.doc) format and up load it. (Post size: length 120cm, width 90cm)
Step four: check "submit" below the registration form, the system will generate a user name and a PIN for you. You need the information when you re-visit your registration page.
Step five: follow the "payment instructions" below to make your payment via bank transfer. Fax a copy of your receipt to the LOC office at 86-21-6384-6467.
Step six: LOC will send you a notice upon the reception of your registered information. A formal notice of the completion of your registration will be sent to you upon the confirmation of the reception of your payment.
For the re-visit to your registration page:
You only need to fill in the username and PIN the system generated for you and select "login" at the right-up corner of this page, to pub up the registration form you submitted previously. You can change the registration information and username and PIN, but not the hotel reservation.

Confirmation Letters
The symposium's Web-based registration system acknowledges online registrations in one working day via e-mail (following the basic information and format check). More detailed confirmation and meeting information will be sent within 14 days upon the reception of your payment. If you do not receive e-mail confirmation after two weeks, please contact our office: Miss Wenjun Zhu (wjzhu@sibs.ac.cn) and Miss Qin Ma (qma@sibs.ac.cn).

Cancellation Policy
To cancel, submit a written notice to llwu@sibs.ac.cn by October 15, 2007. The symposium organizers and LOC will charge a U$D50 cancellation fee for written cancellations. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations received after October 15. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
